Character Heirlooms

This sheet can be used in a number of ways: primarily you can use it to generate a backstory for your new D&D character, including an exciting heirloom item. Your DM and you can use this item as you see fit, from having it as a MacGuffin that you only use to explain your tortured past to the weapon that you use every day and that grows with you, driving your story.

1. Origin // 2. Type

What are its origins? Pick a provenance or roll for it if you feel adventurous! Then pick what kind of item your item is.
